The following limited warranty applies to all OTTOBEST bicycles manufactured since 2021.

Ⅰ)Long-term technical support
Our service center is located in central Poland.
The ENGWE, KUKIRIN, and JOBOBIKE brands are committed to providing lifetime technical support to OTTOBEST users. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Ⅱ)Free maintenance service
OTTOBEST warrants to the original owner only the original frame, rigid fork or components of each new OTTOBEST brand bicycle to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the following specified periods:

Please contact the online service center or call center, and provide the following information, then enjoy the warranty services of OTTOBEST products:
1) Shopping platform, including the platform store/seller account, etc.;
2) Order invoice, including order number/ID/date, etc;
3) Email and shipping address;
4) Brief explanation of the problem, including description/image/short video, etc.
Ⅲ)Paid maintenance service
If the OTTOBEST product has any abnormalities due to the following reasons, the OTTOBEST brand will provide the user with free technology consulting and paid maintenance services.
Damage caused by using non-original parts to install the bicycle.
Parts or products that have exceeded the warranty period;.
Damage caused by improper use, repair and maintenance.
Damage caused by natural disasters, manual damage.
It is not possible to provide evidence such as videos or images;.
Damage caused by overhaul, addition or reduction of parts;
Parts that are subject to wear, such as the frame, inner tube, chain, pedal;
Damage caused by water inflow;
ASSEMBLY REQUIRED AT TIME OF PURCHASE
This warranty applies only to bicycles and frames purchased new from an authorized brand dealer.
LIMITED REMEDY
Unless otherwise provided, the sole remedy under the foregoing warranty, or any implied warranty, is limited to the replacement of defective parts with parts of equal or greater value at OTTOBEST's discretion. This warranty extends from the date of purchase by OTTOBEST to the original owner only and is not transferable. In no event will OTTOBEST be liable for direct, incidental, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic loss, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, product liability, or any other theory.
EXCLUSIONS
The above warranty, or implied warranty, does not cover:
Normal wear and tear of parts such as tires, chains, brakes, cables, and sprockets in situations where there are no assembly or material defects.
Bicycles serviced by an unauthorized dealer of the brand.
Changes from original condition.
Use of the bicycle for abnormal, competitive and/or commercial activities or for purposes other than those for which the bicycle was designed.
Damage caused by failure to follow the user manual.
Damage to paint and decals caused by participation in races, jumps, rides, and/or training for such activities or events, resulting from exposure of the bicycle to harsh conditions or climates.
Labor costs for replacing or exchanging parts.
Except as provided in this warranty and subject to all additional warranties, OTTOBEST and its employees and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind (including incidental and consequential loss or damage caused by negligence or default) arising out of or in connection with any OTTOBEST bicycle.
OTTOBEST makes no other warranties, express or implied. All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the express warranties set forth above.
Any claims under this warranty must be made through an authorized brand dealer or distributor. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required to process a warranty claim.
Claims submitted outside the country of purchase may be subject to additional fees and restrictions.
The duration and details of the warranty may vary by frame type and/or country. This warranty gives the customer specific legal and other rights, which may vary from place to place. This warranty does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
